Today is Good Friday. why is it good? well because Jesus CARED and THOUGHT about each one of us and realized that no matter how far we ran from him we would always need him and what he did dying for us on the cross that is the true meaning of easter.

in the Bible it says:

45 From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land.
46 About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli,[a] lemasabachthani?” (which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

the lord of all cried out "my god, my god, why have you forsaken me?"

                                   for·sak·en
                                                                   /fərˈsākən/
                                                            abandoned or deserted.

50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.
the lord and god of all thought his father had abandoned him, he felt feelings he felt how we feel every day then he called out again and when he did he couldn't stay alive. the lord of all deid for everyone of us took away all our sins and yet we still run and hide from him and we question him and forget about him, is that a good gift to the one who died to make us clean?

51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split.

And the best thing happened. Nature knew He was God before we did they believed before we believed. And without nature splitting rocks and tearing curtains and skiing the earth to its very core the people would not of truly believed. but because of this beautiful nature they cried out in fear and realized what they had done.

and who was behind the Curtin skating the earth and helping nature put on this spectacular show? God. God had not forsaken Jesus no matter what He thought. And what a better way to make the people believe then to put on a show they would never forget. Because if God had just left Jesus to die then he would not have been keeping his promise and God is a father who ALWAYS forever and ever keeps his never-breaking, never-giving up always and forever promises. and that is the easter message!!
